Restaurant Investors (RI) is a multi concept restaurant company based here in Greensboro North Carolina. Darryl’s is the first concept for RI, which is a part of Kotis Holdings, a well established capitalized commercial real estate company.
Our plan is to open three different restaurant concepts here in Greensboro in the next year and are staffing appropriately for that growth. We are a teaching and coaching oriented company utilizing technology whenever and wherever we can to make training and learning be more fun and effective.
Our commitment to excellence and quality is evident in our physical renovation we have made to the Darryl’s structure but also in the overhaul of the complete service element as well. We are looking for folks who share our values of quality food beverage and service.

• Servers: At least 1year experience in full service.
• Line cooks: Experience cooking in high volume restaurants
• Hostess
• Service Assistants
• Dish washers
